God and Water

Here’s what they have in common.

We are all human beings and we are the creation of one God.

He has different names. You can call him Bhagwan, Raam, God, Eloah, Elohim or Allah, but it doesn’t make any difference.

Let’s compare God to a glass of water. We call it water in English. In Arabic it is called maa, in Persian it is called aab and in Urdu and Hindi it is called pani.

We have so many names for this substance, but that doesn’t change its nature. It still remains to be water.

This is the same case with God. Some people worship him in a mosque, some in a church, some in a synagogue and some others want to worship in a Buddhist, Hindu or Sikh temple.

But the fact that God is God will not be changed by the name you call upon him with.
